We are currently figuring out the most effective way to pay out to the various countries the winning team members are from. We will then collect all their data and send out the cash prizes. We apologize for the wait, but the holidays and the fact that we have never handed out a cash prize before have caused some delays.

I was very careful to use the words "business days" , so I'm only 3 days late. We were delayed by some rather bothersome problems of figuring out who actually owned some of the tournament accounts.
At least half of the invoices will be going out today, and if I don't finish them all then the rest will go out on Monday.

I've been trying to get everything set so that our finance department could pay all of the prizes at once and save them a headache. It is appearing more and more like that plan was probably wishful thinking, especially considering the overlap of the CSM elections.
Rest assured that everyone is going to receive their prizes. I will likely be doing a round of prizes with everyone who has given me information that is correct and is what was requested in their mails to me. I will then be sitting down to work through any special cases with everyone else (likely immediately after fanfest).

If you haven't received a mail from me (only 3 people have) then your Invoice was good to go and I am just in the process of yelling at the bank about Iceland's currency restriction and transferring money into currencies that they have never dealt with before.
This has been way more of a nightmare than I originally intended. CCP has never really done anything like this before, and I certainly haven't. We've learned quite a few lessons from what we thought was gonna be a relatively easy thing. I want to get this wrapped up as soon as possible (Also I'm heading to Serbia in August, were a lot of our winning teams are from, and want to party with you guys without a cloud hanging over the fun), so the next update all of you guys should get is money in your bank accounts.
